Avani food box is made from bagasse – the dry fibrous residue left after sugarcane stalks have been crushed to extract the juice. Through our technology we have been able to turn waste into a durable and compostable product meant to replace Styrofoam uses. The bagasse box can last up to 24 month, if stored properly. Store and handel the bagasse box in a room where the temperature is not lower than 5◦C, no higher than 40◦C, relative humidity less than 80% of the ventilation conditions.
