Tennis Court Crack Repair (one gallon)

$85.46 $136.73
Description Technical Specifications Unit Volume: 1 Gallon (3.78L) Material Composition: Fibered Acrylic Latex with Silica Sand Standard Coverage: ~35 linear feet (based on 1/2″ W x 1″ D cracks) Available Colors: Dark Green, Light Green, Blue, Red, Neutral Application Temp: 50°F (10°C) minimum and rising Cure Time: 2 hours (touch); 24 hours (full use) Product Performance & Volume Options The 1-gallon unit is designed for precision maintenance and small-scale surface touch-ups. This silica-fortified formula provides a flexible, durable bond that accommodates surface expansion and contraction, preventing the “pop-out” common in rigid fillers. It is ready-to-use directly from the container—no dilution required. Need more coverage? For extensive longitudinal cracking or facility-wide maintenance, we recommend our 5-gallon pail, which covers approximately 175 linear feet. Installation Instructions Surface Prep: Clean the crack of all dirt, loose debris, weeds, and organic matter. Application: Use a handheld scraper or flexible putty knife. (Note: Squeegee application is not recommended for primary filling). Compaction: Pack the material firmly into the void. Ensure there are no air pockets; voids lead to material settlement and subsequent surface cracking. Finishing: Run the tool along the surface to remove excess material, ensuring the repair is flush with the court height. Operational & Weather Requirements Depth: For cracks deeper than 1″, apply in 1″ layers, allowing each to fully cure before the next application. Curing: High-volume cracks may require a second pass if material settles. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours. Color Match: While formulated to match standard recreational surfaces, slight variations may occur due to UV oxidation and the age of the existing court. Cold Weather & Shipping Warning Shipping Point: Kansas City, MO. We cannot ship this product if temperatures are near or below freezing at any point along the delivery route. Application: Apply only in temperatures 50°F and rising. 72-Hour Rule: Do not apply if temperatures will fall below 50°F within 72 hours of application. 96-Hour Rule: Do not apply if temperatures will drop below freezing (32°F) within 96 hours. Project Scaling & Resources: For larger maintenance projects, our 5-gallon pail is available for bulk efficiency.
